RObert Lucaciu Interview/Performance
In this video, we meet the trail-blazing bassist, Robert Lucaciu. Based in Germany, Robert's built a reputation as a virtuosic bassist who's playing reflects his deep sense of creativity and musical expression.
We discuss his musical origins, what he learnt studying and playing with many of the world’s great contemporary bassists such as Mark Dresser, working as an educator, his experience of playing on the experimental, jazz and classical music scenes & more. There was also time for two stunning solo performances which you don't want to miss.
A huge thank you to Robert Lucaciu for taking time out of his busy touring schedule to join me. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Robert and hear him play! If you enjoy the video, please make him welcome in the YouTube comments below.
